Mac Zuckeberg First Visit to Africa and decides to visit us here in Naija first...

This is Zuckerberg’s first visit to Africa, and his first stop was at Co-Creation Hub (CcHub) in Yaba, Lagos.
He’s also billed to meet with developers and partners, as well as explore Nollywood.
Zuckerberg is in Nigeria to listen and learn and take ideas back to California on how Facebook can better support tech development and entrepreneurship across Africa.
At CcHub, Zuckerberg visited kids at the ‘Summer of Code Camp’.
At CcHub, also known as the Silicon Valley of Nigeria, people can learn how to code, developers can get help launching their first products, and find mentors and funding.
Zuckerberg met with developers like Temi Giwa, who runs a platform called Life Bank that makes blood available when and where it is needed in Nigeria.
Life Bank saves lives by mobilizing blood donations, taking inventory of all blood available in the country, and delivering blood in the right condition to where it is needed.
After visiting CcHub, Zuckerberg, said on his Facebook Page:
This is my first trip to sub-Saharan Africa. I’ll be meeting with developers and entrepreneurs, and learning about the startup ecosystem in Nigeria. The energy here is amazing and I’m excited to learn as much as I can.
The first place I got to visit was the Co-creation Hub Nigeria (CcHUB) in Yaba. I got to talk to kids at a summer coding camp and entrepreneurs who come to CcHub to build and launch their apps. I’m looking forward to meeting more people in Nigeria.
Mark then went to Andela, an engineering organization that is building the next generation of technical leaders in Africa.
Earlier this year, the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative invested in Andela after being impressed by the company’s innovative model of learning and its drive to connect the global technology ecosystem with the most talented developers in Africa.
Seni Sulyman, Director, Andela Lagos, said:
We are excited and honored to welcome Mark Zuckerberg to Lagos. His visit reinforces not only his support of Andela’s mission, but his belief that indeed the next generation of great technology leaders will come out of Lagos, Nigeria and cities across Africa.
Andela has created a platform for passionate, driven software developers and engineers to break into the global tech ecosystem, but the barriers to entry are still very high.
Mark’s visit demonstrates to all Nigerian developers and entrepreneurs that they’ve caught the attention of the tech world, and they are capable of succeeding on a truly global level.
At the end of the day Zuckerberg stopped by an Express WiFi stand in Lagos owned byRosemary Njoku. Facebook’s Express WiFi lets entrepreneurs like Rosemary set up a hot spot to help their community access apps and services built by local developers.
This week, Facebook is launching a satelite into space to enable more entrepreneurs sell Express WiFi across Africa.

Usain Bolt's Ex-Secret Lover, Nailah Opens Up On His Threesome Demands & High Sex Drive

Sprint king Usain Bolt two-timed his girlfriend, carnival queen Kasi Bennett who he calls his “First Lady'', with a secret lover he pestered for a threesome.

Nailah Dillard ended her relationship with the fastest man in the world when she realised he already had a partner in Jamaica.
The pair met at an athletics gala in late 2013 and casually dated across several years.
But Nailah, 27, was unaware he was dating carnival queen Kasi Bennett until she read the interview in which he called her his “First Lady”.

Bolt & his First Lady Kasi

Yesterday she told TheSunUK of her shock at Bolt’s “wild and crazy” antics that have seen him two-time Kasi with her.
Bolt, 30, who has won three gold medals at each of the last three Games, was pictured in bed with Brazilian Jady Duarte before flying to London to continue his frolics with more women.

American Nailah, 27, said:
“I guess he thinks that’s what he deserves right now because he’s the fastest man in the world.”
In a message to Bolt, she said:
“You are sleeping with all these random women. I hope you’re protecting yourself.”
Nailah, whose grandad Harrison won Olympic sprint golds in 1948 and 1952, first had her eye on Bolt after his successes at London 2012.
And she made sure she caught his eye at the IAAF World Athletics Gala the following November, but was dismayed to find he was there with another woman.
She said:
“We made eye contact and there was an instant attraction.
“He got me up against the wall, trying to woo me. I can’t say I was impressed.
“He may be a world class athlete, but at the end of the day he’s a normal man.
“I thought, ‘Oh my God, this is kind of cool’, but I asked him: ‘Where is your girlfriend?’.”
They swapped numbers and Bolt began sending texts to Nailah that night as she got back to her hotel, suggesting that she come and join him and his date.
He asked for a threesome, but she turned him down flat. She added: “I thought it was an odd and cheeky thing to ask.”
Undeterred, Bolt told Nailah he wanted to see her again when they met in the hotel reception the following day.

And two weeks later she went to visit the sprinter at his mansion in Jamaica — and he took her on a night out to a strip club.
She said:
“It was underground and kind of seedy. The women were dressed in lingerie.
“Usain was throwing money at girls, and several of them danced for him, but didn’t kiss him.”
Despite his flirting with other women, Nailah said she fell for Bolt’s sense of humour as they enjoyed boozy nights out.

The aspiring actress said:
“He’s super funny, got a great personality, always playing around dancing.
“He’s a nice guy, always checking on you, making sure you are good.”
But she insists she held out against Bolt’s charms until the final days of her stay when she moved from the hotel she had been staying in to his home.
She said:
“We liked each other. We were attracted to each other. He has a high sex drive. I was the first American girl that he ever dated.”
Nailah went back to see Bolt in 2014 and the pair enjoyed intimate dinners cooked by his personal chef. But she soon realised she was not the only girl in Bolt’s life.
She believes she was with the athlete when he began dating Kasi.
She said:
“I don’t know if she knew about me, but he was following me on Instagram so it wouldn’t be hard to check.
“He’s not monogamous, and that’s a big reason why he and I ended.
“He’s the type of person who wants his woman to be faithful, but he wants to be open with other women.
“I really liked him. I was disappointed, but I had to accept it. There was nothing I could do about it and I knew he would never change. It is how he is.”
Nailah saw Bolt again at the Super Bowl in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2015. They discussed rekindling their relationship but “decided against it”.
She said:
“We were never officially together. We were just dealing with each other for a while, although I did know he was dealing with Kasi at the time.”
Kasi appeared to be having a dig at Bolt this week, liking a meme on Instagram that said: “When your girl is Selfridges, and you cheat on her with Primark.”

Did she really dump AY? Lol.. Ay no vex atleast you Don Hamma..

Earlier this week, report of how popular AY Comedian's sweet heart in the university dumped him to marry a rich man because he was poor went viral

According to the report, It's the story of a down period in AY's Campus days. Even though he was industrious and was into Events and Pageants, things weren't just happening for him. It got so bad his Ex – the one he was supposed to marry – visited him on a cold Abraka Night. The Mission?
To break a News! "AY," she whispered, softly and tenderly, "you know I love you, but you are approaching life at SNAIL SPEED. I can't go on like this." Then she hugged AY. Gave him one last peck. Refrained from the hug. Cat-walked into a waiting SUV. And zoooom… she went. Apparently, a 'big man' had brought her to officially disengage with AY. It was more agonizing because the same 'big man' had offered AY N200,000 so he could break up with his girlfriend. And AY had rejected the offer, "my love is not for sale". Now she's gone. Just like that. Tears! AY wept!

The popular comedian confirmed the report by sharing the photo of the ex whose name is Bimbo Olukoya, The popular comedian also confirmed that the ex is now married with 3 kids and they are good friends.
This is what he shared on his Instagram page

Quote (AY speaking)
I read on some Nigerian blogs how my girlfriend @bimbomakun_olukoya dumped me in the university because of one rich man. I wish to let you all know that we are still very much together. My wife @midas_interiors approves of our relationship... and she has grown from that campus girlfriend of mine to become a proud mother of 3 lovely kids #getyourfactsright

Okay Nah!!! why won't she say yes again and again...

According to twitter user, who shared the photo, a guy presented this car to his lady at Moremi Hall, UNILAG for saying YeS to his proposal. A "Thank you for saying yes" is inscribed on the car plate. And she asked, Where can we find these type of men? As for her question, when you see them, ladies don't dull...Lol.

Seven prayers that can give you everything you need.

Prayer is the powerful spiritual weapon given to us by God. Jesus said you should always pray and never despair. These 7 prayers will enable you to get healing and victory from the Lord.
7 types of prayers for change and healing:

1. Prayer for self-care
You do need to take good care of your body, as it is the temple of God. Ask the Lord to help you in this and thank Him for all the blessings first. Then list your needs. Those might be the money for medical checkups, teeth care, etc. Ask God to provide you with everything you need for life and happiness.

2. When you are in pain
“Dear God, It hurts so bad. Dull the pain with Your love. Blur the sharp edges by reminding me that from bad comes good. Help me appreciate that after the sorrow, joy is sweeter. I look forward to better times. I can endure anything with You by my side. Amen.”
You may use this prayer to help you get the power from heaven and heal your body and soul.

3. Prayer for mercy
God’s mercy exalts over the justice. When the justice was ready to hang you, the mercy cut the rope. So, pray for yourself and for others to see His mercy every day, because this is why we are still alive.

4. Prayer for peace
“Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
This beautiful prayer was created by Saint Francis. Use it to be the tool of God.

5. Thank you prayer for friends

Friends can be our blessings. And such relations come from the Lord. So, take some time to thank Him for these special people and ask for the positive change and blessing into their lives.

6. Prayer for grace

“Dear God, My life is a mess and I don’t want to live this way anymore. Give me the grace to overcome my sloppy habits. Help me by showing me the strength I already have is all I need to change. Amen.”
By the grace of God, we are who we are. It has the real life changing and healing power it in.

7. Prayer for self-worth
Jesus said: love your neighbor as yourself. It means we need to learn to love and respect ourselves before we can love others. Pray to the Lord to show you all the investments He has made into you. Ask Him to show His character and traits in you. And thank Him sincerely for who you are.
These prayers are powerful and they bring healing and change in our lives!

Every violent act has a repercussion...Niger delta attack and Effect on Nigeria's economy..

Nigeria loses N1.1trillion oil revenue due to Niger Delta attacks

Nigeria has lost over N1.1 trillion in oil revenues in the last five months
This is due to militants’ attacks on oil installations in the oil-rich Niger Delta region
The figure does not include losses in gas revenues resulting from disruptions in gas supplies

A report by Daily Trust indicates that Nigeria has lost over N1.1 trillion in oil revenues since the resurgence of militancy in the oil-rich Niger Delta region.
The report stated oil installations in the region has been attacked 28 times between February 10, 2016 and end of last month by the rampaging militants.
Niger Delta militants have been disrupting oil production in the oil-rich region

This figure does not include losses in gas revenues resulting from disruptions in gas supplie s to domestic power and industrial plants as well as export markets.
Nigeria is currently struggling to maintain its crude oil production following a spate of militant attacks. Militant group, Niger Delta Avengers continue to disrupt oil production which in turn, affects the Nigerian economy.
Nigeria is largely dependent on proceeds from oil to fund the budget but the resurgence of militancy in the Niger Delta region has affected the country’s finances.

The 2016 budget is based on daily crude production of 2.2 million barrels per day but the attacks pushed output down by about a third between April and August 29.
Production dropped by 300,000 bpd in April. In May, production went down from 600,000 bpd to 1.5m bpd. In June, it dropped by 700,000 bpd, 700,000 bpd in July and last Thursday output was down to around 1.4m bpd with 800,000 bpd lost.
At an average oil price of $42.01 and 46.94/barrel and exchange rate of N197/$ in April and May, Nigeria was denied crude oil revenues valued at $378m or a Naira equivalent of N75billion and N171billion respectively.
The average price of crude oil in June and July were $48.79 and N41.37 per barrel, while the value of the local currency was estimated at N285 and N292 to a dollar. Nigeria was therefore denied crude oil revenue valued at N292billion and N262billion respectively.
At about $48.31/barrel and N305 exchange rate, an estimated $112m or N341billionn has been lost in the last 29 days of August. This puts the total crude oil (excluding gas) revenue shortfall between April and August 29 at N1.14trillion.
The Niger Delta Avengers attacks have cut Nigeria’s output to the lowest in almost 30 years, threatening the projected N820billion oil revenue proposed in the budget for this year.
Also, in the last five months, supply disruptions have significantly affected the country’s oil exports as four of the nation’s five largest export streams have been totally suspended.
At the moment, Forcados, Qua Iboe , Bonny Light and Brass River are under force majeure, a legal clause that allows companies to cancel or delay deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.

The federal government has already informed Nigerians that it will result to borrowing to fund the 2016 budget due to the situation.
The government is already in the the process of appointing two lead managers and a financial adviser to organize the issuance of $1 billion of Eurobonds this year.
According to the Debt Management Office (DMO), the sale is the first tranche of a $4.5 billion Nigeria Global Medium-Term Notes Issuance Programme that runs through 2018.
The government is also in talks with the Chinese import-export bank – China Exim Bank for a $21 billion loan to finance the budget and develop new infrastructure projects.
The situation is even more worrisome for states. Recently, some states had to go home empty after their statutory allocation was all deducted to service their debts.
About N32 billion was deducted from states allocations from the Federation Account in April for different loans they incurred.
Majority of the states across the country are now struggling with payment of workers salaries and projects execution.
The situation has also led to Nigeria losing its status as Africa’s biggest economy. South Africa has overtaken Nigeria as Africa’s biggest economy in dollar terms.
Nigeria’s minister of finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun had informed the Nigerian Senate last month that the country is “technically in recession”.

Mean while, renowned economist and businessman, Mr Atedo Peterside has predicted that the recession currently experienced in Nigeria will last for a long time.
Peterside who is also the President & Founder of Anap Foundation said business confidence is low and investors are holding back on investing in Nigeria.

Boko Haram strikes again abducts women and children

The fight against Boko Haram seems not have ended

The terrorists sect attacked Kubrrivu village in Borno, abducting women and children
During the raid, ten persons were killed
Ten people have been killed and 13 others abducted by Boko Haram insurgents in a raid on a village near Chibok, Borno state.
Locals told AFP that the sect members invaded Kubrrivu at dawn on Saturday, August 20, firing sporadically.

They were said to have looted and burnt houses, after which they fled into the bush with 13 women and children abducted from the village.
Luka Damina, a resident of nearby Kautikeri village where Kubrrivu residents fled to safety following the attack said: “ The Boko Haram attackers rode on four motorcycles, three on each, and opened fire on the village as residents slept.
“They burnt down the whole village after looting food supplies and livestock and taking away women and children.”

Confirming the incident, Ayuba Alamson, a community elder in Chibok, some 20 kilometres (12 miles) away said 13 people were abducted in the raid.
He said: “ After killing 10 people and burning the entire village, the gunmen made away with 13 people, including seven women, five boys and a girl .”
Boko insurgents had attacked Kubrrivu in 2014, forcing residents to flee. They returned a year later to rebuild their homes after Nigerian troops succeeded in recovering majority of the territories from deadly sect.
Kubrrivu is a village near the north east Nigerian town of Chibok where the militants kidnapped over 200 schoolgirls in 2014.

Boko Haram has claimed responsibility for series of attacks in the north eastern region, which has left thousands killed and millions displaced.
In the early hours of Saturday, the terrorist sect attacked in Kuruburu village of Damboa local government area of Borno, killing seven persons.

I never knew the whole Jew and gentile discrimination is still happening... read the new law passed in Israel.

Israeli marriage law makes it a two-year prison offence for any Jew marrying outside of the rabbinical authorities in that country, it has emerged after a failed attempt to overturn the rabbinate’s authority in the Israeli parliament.

While it has long been known that the Jews forbid marriage between non-Jews and Jews in Israel, the existence of the prison term as punishment for breaking this law has effectively been kept under wraps until now.

The Israeli parliament, the Knesset, which passed a law making prison mandatory for the crime of a non-Jew marrying a Jew in Israel.
The existence of the prison term punishment was revealed after the Israeli parliament voted down an amendment to Israel’s marriage laws this past week,
according to an article in the Times of Israel.
According to that paper, the proposed law amendment sought to decriminalize marriages performed outside the auspices of the Israeli chief rabbinate, was defeated in a 32–25 vote in the Knesset.

All marriages in Israel are, in terms of the Jewish state’s constitution, under the control of the rabbinate, which only performs unions under Jewish law.
This has the practical effect of making it impossible for anyone but a Jew to marry another Jew in Israel.
However, the defeat of the amendment pushed the Jewish lawmakers who proposed it, into making the prison sentence punishment aspect of the law public.
Critically, the Jewish lawmakers who tried to amend the existing law were not seeking to repudiate the ban on Jews marrying non-Jews. Instead, all they were seeking to do was to amend the rules under which rabbis carried out marriages.

In other words, the amendment was not aimed at allowing Jews to marry non-Jews. One Knesset member, Yesh Atid MK Aliza Lavie, who proposed the amendment, explained it this way to the Times of Israel:
“[The amendment] opens a door so that tomorrow the state can jail anyone who won’t go to the mikveh [ritual bath], or who won’t have their sons undergo a brit milah [circumcision].”
Lavie’s proposed law would maintain the criminal aspect of weddings performed without registering the marriage. However, instead of a jail term, the couples—and those who perform their weddings—would face a fine, the Times of Israel added.
In conversation with that newspaper, Lavie said that ahead of her new attempt to pass the proposal Wednesday she asked former Religious Affairs deputy minister Eli Ben-Dahan for an appropriate amount for a fine. According to Lavie, he named NIS 500,000 (about $130,000).
The Times of Israel went on to reveal that the prohibition on marriages performed outside of the rabbinate stems from Ottoman law, but that the criminalization of the act was only introduced two years ago as a last-minute addition to the Tzohar Law.
This “Tzohar Law,” which came into effect in January 2014, allows Jews to choose in which town’s rabbinate to register for marriage, mainly as a means of avoiding potential waiting times in their home towns.
In a 2013 global freedom of marriage project, Hiddush ranked Israel on a par with Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, and the rest of the fundamentalist Islamic states, in terms of its marriage laws, which have always forbidden marriages between Jews and non-Jews.

The hypocrisy is clear: Jews and Jewish pressure groups are the first to scream “anti-Semitism” at any suggestion that any other group might have the right to protect its identity, but they all fanatically support Israel, which has laws making it a criminal and prison offence for a Gentile to even marry a Jew.

Jesus has a hot wife - Prophet Mboro

South African pastor, Paseka Motsoeneng, popularly called prophet Mboro of the Incredible Happenings Ministries is not ready to stop, at least not for now.

Prophet Mboro

The controversial pastor who was said to have gone to heaven and come back is at it again. Reflecting on his recent journey to heaven, prophet Mboro said he found out that Jesus Christ has a “young, hot” wife.

“I saw heaven and it is a surprise. Jesus for example, has a beautiful Xhosa wife. She is young, hot, and extremely attractive,” he said.
Recall that the controversial prophet was whisked away to heaven where he allegedly took pictures which are now to be sold for R5 000 to anyone who want to view them.

Lol, Is this not blasphemy!

Popular pastor goes to heaven, allegedly takes selfie with angels

Popular South African prophet Mboro of the Incredible Happenings Ministries keep dazzling quite a lot of onlookers.

Reports say that the controversial prophet was whisked away to heaven where he took pictures which are now to be sold for R5 000 to anyone who want to view them. There were claims that members of the church witnessed their pastor as he ascended into heaven after having a 4-week fasting and prayer.

Prophet Mboro
Prophet Mboro was about to start his sermon during an Easter service in Johannesburg when an unusual light flooded the gathering and allegedly transported him to God’s kingdom. He was however said to have ascended with his smart phone.

This made him to take snap shots of heaven and angels living in it. A senior member of the Church equated Mboro to biblical Elijah asserting that the uncommon happening is a kind gesture towards Prophet Mboro for being a honest servant.
BuzzSouthAfrica gathered that the church, Incredible Happenings Ministries, told Katlehong Weekly that the pictures will be made available to the public on the prophet’s Facebook page later next week.

”For now, you can only gain access to it through a R5 000 pledge. Those who need the pictures can contact the church and make the pledge using Money Market then we will send them the pictures on WhatsApp.”

Genevieve Nnaji and I did not date because I was a virgin – Nollywood actor reveals

Nollywood actor, Okechukwu Joseph, open up on relationship with Genevieve Nnaji.

Okechukwu Joseph is a popular Nollywood actor in the 90s who starred in films such as ‘Karishika’, ‘Mark of the Beast’, to name a few.

In a recent interview, Okechukwu opened up about his relationship with the beautiful actress Genevieve Nnaji.
He said: “I wasn’t ready (to mingle) because I was a virgin and I didn’t want to tell anybody. I was always making excuses about why I couldn’t ‘get down.’ In fact this is one of the reasons my very short relationship with Genevieve was such a disaster. This is the first time I am admitting this publicly.

Genny and I met and became friends on the set of Mark of the Beast. Of course in her very early days. It was as though we were in some type of experiment. But I learned a lot about her within that short period. Two unforgettable moments- the day she introduced her little brother to me and the day she told me literally everything about herself.
She trusted me that much. My mind was racing like crazy and I kept wondering how so little people knew about this young Amazon who was out to play the Esther for her family and did she? She felt like family to me. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go further because of my funny little ‘virgin’ secret.
Not that she solicited or asked for anything but of course, my body language was downright repulsive to that effect and it didn’t take anything for any woman with brains to figure it out. She was so full of pragmatic energy and so on-the-go- like woman on a mission. Never ready to play around with stuff she couldn’t put up with. I hope she’s still that way. She has got an incredible story to her glory.”

He disappeared from the movie scene to get a degree from the New York Film Academy which he says is the best choice he ever made and is set to release his first movie since then, Second Chance.

Read Dangote's wishes to Omotola Jalade's son on his birthday.

It was Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde’s son, Captain E’s 18th birthday and the actress threw a pop culture themed party for him!

However, the highlight of the event was when Nigerian billionaire businessman, Aliko Dangote, called to wish him a happy birthday, telling him that he has his whole life ahead of him. According to Azuka Ogujiuba who shared the news on her Instagram page, Omotola was said to have held the phone to the microphone so the guests in attendance will hear the billionaire’s birthday wish.

The event took place yesterday, August 17, at new spot – The Bridge in Lekki, Lagos.

Were you expecting more or less?..

From Nothing To $4 Billion company. This can be your story too!!

Immigrant To CEO of $4 Billion Company, Here’s The Inspiring Story Of Forever 21’s Founder

Forever 21 stores and their crazy sales have always kept us on our toes. The clothes and the style have set in motion a new trend that has now become synonymous with the tags of being stylish and chic. The fact that all this comes at affordable rates just adds to the pleasure of shopping here.

Do Won Chang and Jin Sook Chang, founders of the booming American retail company Forever 21, ended up in the city of California, looking for a means of survival. With no degree to back him up, Chang started his career at a gas station.
With almost nothing in hand, he pursued the Forever 21 dream.
When inspiration is found in the least expected place.

Do Won Chang moved to America with his wife Jin Sook Chang in 1981. He got busy working as a janitor and serving coffee, and found inspiration in the cars that stopped by for refill. "I noticed the people who drove the nicest cars were all in the garment business", said Do Won Chang. It is from here that the American dream began to take shape.
From Fashion 21 to Forever 21.

They opened their first store in the neighborhood of Highland Park, a few miles away from Los Angeles. The store was first called 'Fashion 21' and occupied a small space of 900 sq ft. Fashion 21 started off with $35,000 in their first year. By the end of it, they had touched $700,00. They expanded by opening an outlet every six months and Fashion 21 transformed to Forever 21.

Today, Forever 21 pulls in sales worth $4.4 billion from over 600 stores in 50 countries.
A family venture.

Though the reach of his success was wide, Do Won Chang decided to keep Forever 21 within the family. His wife, Jin Sook, became the Chief Merchandising Officer and his two daughters, Linda Chang and Esther Chang, handled the marketing, graphic and display design.

What's his secret to success?
Do Won Chang knew that success is a slow process, so he never rushed through the plan. He hopes to provide to those who come with almost nothing to the store. The secret to this success story is Forever 21's ability to provide chic styles at an affordable rate and their steady pace of growth.
So the next time you step into a Forever 21 outlet, keep in mind that you're walking through a rags-to-riches story.

You won't forget to comment.

Whether at the gym or home, the elliptical trainer provides a low impact intensive full-body workout. The elliptical trainer is far superior to a treadmill because it is much easier on the joints. The equipment can be set to a variety of intensity levels that lowers and raises the ramp. High-intensity elliptical trainer workouts can include going backwards to target specific muscle groups in the back and front of the legs.

#6 High Intensity Interval Training

Easy steps to your shawarma.... you can do it...

OK! After my last post about the shawama crisis in O town
I became "shawama creative" by force.
With the help of a friend, I got a do it yourself shawama recipe.

This recipe is deliciously addicting and so easy to prepare, that you'll want to make Shawarma everyday. This is the Nigerian -style Chicken Shawarma Recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients for Nigerian Chicken Shawarma
This makes about 6+ large Shawarma wraps
*2 Chicken breasts(de-boned/boneless)
*2 Chicken Thighs(a.k.a Chicken laps)(de-boned/boneless) (You can also use de-boned/boneless beef )
*6+ Shawarma bread (either pita bread/flour tortilla wraps/
*1 small sized Cabbage(cut into thin strips)
*3 medium sized Carrots(grated or cut into thin strips)
*1 large Cucumber(cut into thin strips&circles)
*2 big Tomatoes(cut into thin strips)
*1 medium sized Onions(cut into thin strips)
* Mayonnaise( see how to make it at home )
*1 Tablespoon Vegetable /olive oil(For stir frying)
 For the marinade:
*1 teaspoon thyme
*2 teaspoon curry(I used ducros brand)
*1 teaspoon onion powder/2 teaspoons minced onions
*1 teaspoon garlic powder/2 teaspoons minced garlic
*1 large chicken stock cube/bouillon cube(crushed into powder)
*Half a teaspoon black pepper
*Chilli pepper to taste
*Salt to taste(optional because the stock cube already has salt)
*1 Tablespoon Vegetable /olive oil

* Wash and Cut the vegetables into thin strip(if you haven't done that yet) and set aside.
Also Cut the chicken or beef into thin strips and set aside.
Tip: I always recommend, using a combination of Chicken thighs&Breasts, because the fat from the thighs adds extra flavor and compliments the taste of the chicken breast.

* Place the chicken strips into a bowl, add the marinade and mix thoroughly until well incorporated. Then cover and store in the fridge for 2 to 24 hours(depending all how much time you have).
Tip: I actually don't wait 24 hours, I just do store overnight or for 2-3 hours, but I realized that the longer the meat marinades, the better it tastes.
* In a pan, Heat up a tablespoonful of oil.Add the marinated chicken/beef &Stir fry until juicy and brown. Scoop unto a plate and set aside.

* Mix some mayonnaise and ketchup together(''mayo-ketch'' spread).
Place a shawarma bread on a clean flat surface and cut into two equal sizes(that's if you are using a large pita bread).
But if using a very flat bread or tortilla wraps, simply, spread the ''mayo-ketch'' on it and then fill it with the sliced vegetables on one end and Sprinkle some chili pepper( optional );
Then fold the bread, tuck in the edge, and roll to form a shawarma wrap...yummyyyy!
Tip: if you want to warm it up a bit, place on a heated pan for 3 minutes(the closed edge facing the pan). If you have a microwave or sandwich maker, feel free to use those too.
And your Homemade Nigerian Chicken Shawarma is ready... Enjoy!

Quick Note: There are several breads used for making shawarma; which includes, Pita bread,Naan bread , flour tortilla wraps and a lot more. Just make use of any one you have... it also tastes great in sliced bread(sandwich bread) and our local Agege bread.. Lol.. O yels oo !!!

Comment and share.

Do you love babies? check this out! genetically identical twins... It’s 200 million-to-one chance!

The triplets are born in Britain, and their mother is the only one who doesn’t mix them up.
Becki-Jo Allen couldn’t believe 100% identity, so she performed a DNA analysis. The results shocked the whole world.
In terms of genetics, absolute identity makes 200 million to one chance. Scientists claim such children are rare. Conceiving triplets without assistive technology is a rarity as well, but the 100% identical triplets are something unbelievable.
Becki’s family never got even twins, so there was no way she expected triplets looking like two peas in a pod. Or rather three peas.

Happy 23-year-old mom has already learned to tell them apart due to their personalities.
“When they were newborns, it was difficult to tell the difference, but I rarely mixed them up,” Becki says.
“All kids have birthmarks between the eyebrows, but Roman’s is slightly darker than the others, and Rohan, for example, has it on his leg,” mom explains. “Being in the hospital, the doctors told they were not identical, but since we left a lot of my friends have been telling they are three of a kind.”

“According to the Multiple Births Foundation, the only way to establish 100% identity is a DNA test. So we decided to take the one,” mom says.
Having consulted with the Foundation, Becki-Jo took oral cavity swabs from her triplets and sent them to a laboratory for an analysis. In early May, she received the results that they are genetically identical. They are the youngest of naturally conceived kids in the UK.

“I couldn’t believe it,” Becki says. “I didn’t see it might be twins, not to mention triplets. Our family deal with this for the first time ever.” Liverpool Women’s Hospital doctors scanned the mother-to-be every week. Triplets were delivered by Caesarean Section at the 31 week of pregnancy. Rocco was 1.5 kg, Roman was 1.53 kg and Rohan was 1.64 kg.
“Now, when the kids are home, I begin to tell apart their personalities, as they’re totally different. Rohan is the loudest, he shouts all the time. Rocco is the quite one, but he can be irritable too, and Roman is secretive and not willing to share,” happy mom says.

Becki-Jo has daughter Indiana, who is three years older than triplet siblings. “Indiana loves them and isn’t jealous at all,” mom admits.
The babies need about 130 diapers and four baby wipe packages every week. A pack of formula lasts for about two days, and the washing machine is run 3 times a day. The father of the triplets, 28-year-old Liam Tierney, doesn’t live with Becki-Jo, so her 17-year-old sister Lauren is of a great help.

Before the birth of Indiana, Becki-Jo wanted to be a natal nurse, and now she’s even more into it, especially after what she’s been through. “All assistance and medical care we got were very good,” she says. “I am happy we worked everything out.”
Identical triplets are conceived when the fertilized egg splits twice. If twins or triplets have one membrane in the mother’s womb, as a rule, they are identical. If not, their placentas are indistinguishable from those of non-identical twins, and only DNA test can tell this for certain.
