Paul Pogba: Manchester United target responds to transfer speculation while on holiday in Las Vegas

The France international is on the verge of completing his record-breaking move to Old Trafford.

Paul Pogba has hinted that his long-awaited move to Manchester United is nearing completion while speaking to a journalist in the United States.
The Juventus midfielder’s return to Old Trafford, after leaving the club four years ago, is expected to be announced imminently as part of a world-record transfer.
Pogba is currently on holiday in Las Vegas, where a Sky Sports reporter asked him whether he was in line for a move to United.

The France international, who suffered defeat in last month’s European Championships final with his country, offered a guarded reply and simply said: “We’ll see.”
Pogba dropped more hints about his future over the weekend in a pair of mischievous Instagram posts from Universal Studios in Los Angeles.
“Breaking news: Pogba undergoes medical check in Universal Studios amusement park California,” the caption on one of his posts read.
The 23-year-old was also pictured signing a supporter’s United shirt with ‘Pogba 6’ printed on the back.

It is expected that United will have to pay a world-record transfer fee of around £100m for Pogba, who left Old Trafford for Juventus in 2012.

Juventus paid just £800,000 in compensation for Pogba, who has since become one of world football’s most talented midfielders.
